i have been made redundant with very little redundancy money, my husband works for an agency after taking early retirement 2 years ago, we have a joint account and a few ISA's, will i be entitled to job seekers allowance

You will be eligible for contribution based JSA if you've paid enough in NI contributions in the relevant period. It is paid regardless of the level of savings you have or your household income.
Income based JSA entitlement depends on income levels.
