i have some bank of england notes that have gone out of circulation. where can i get them exchanged- i live in northern ireland.

Any British bank you may have an account with will arrange that.

Or take them to your local Post Office.

Take them to your bank, they will give you a form to complete and send them for collection and your account will eventually be credited. If they have not been out of circulation very long they may exchange them there and then.
