If you want us to take the trouble to do your course work please take the trouble to set out the question properly. Did you get any course reading lists which might help you? There is lots of information online too.

There are plenty of courses and advice about conflict resolution, and how to defuse situations before they escalate. Likewise, every company should have a complaints policy as to how they are handled and responded to.
