Egg Loans sold to Britannica-Moorgate

Does anyone have information on how we check our current loan balance with the new owner of our loan? I'm sure they told me in a letter I cannot now find !.

I have an Egg Loan and received notification (in June) that Britannica-Moorgate will be ‘servicing’ the loan from 11 July 2011.

The letter (which I have in front of me) states that ‘Moorgate Loan Serving Ltd will be in touch with you shortly’. At present, I have had no further communication from either Egg or Moorgate Loan servicing – other than my direct debit for the monthly payment on the loan.

My loan will be paid off later this year – it is important to keep copies of loan agreements, just in case the bank slips up and claims an amount is still owing, when it has been paid off.
