I have had a loan with them about 2 years now, it will take about 1 week for the loan to be finalised, with all the credit checks and everything. Although be carefull when the time is up on the loan they will do anything in their power to make you renew it and stay with them for another 3 years! If you miss a payment they will let you pay it twice in one month. hope this helps!

Yes my husband had a loan with them for a car and my mum also works for them! Matthew got the car and paid it every month, but then he lost his licence and asked them to send the car back. They said that they would do this but he had to pay them �9000! This was ridiculous as the car only cost �5000! When he refused to do this they said that they would halve it. He is still refusing to pay it, why should he when they have the car back. I would advise anyone to try any other lender before welcome [edited by answerbank] . Try yesloans instead. I just got accepted for a loan with them for �8000 over ten years with monthly repayments of just �118! And my credit rating isn't brilliant.
