Default Notices

Good afternoon

I have a default notice which I do not think should stand

Basically even though the company in question had my correct advise they sent the defult notice to m old address and therefore not giving me the notice to sort out payment

I have called them and asked them why etc and to remove the default notice however they will not do is should i report these or is the defualt notice vaild ?
