How much is to send a a poster in one of those tubes on second class ?

All depends on the weight/size of the tube and where it's going to..!

Royal mail website doesnt seem to work for me ?

The tube is 64 cm long and weighs 321g. I want to sell on 2nd class on domestic.

I got it to £2.16 presuming that the tube classes as a 'packet' - the people who work in the post office might class it as something else though.

Yup, £2.16 will cover it.
