internet banking fraud

I used to use internet banking a lot until recently when it asked for my password in consecutive digits, (blatent givaway) i went to my branch who changed my password and told me to do a virus check on my computer, and all was well, the 2 weeks later the same thing happened again, I have firewall and anti virus software intalled, any tips to keep the theiving ******* off my cash but so I can still use internet banking??
