I bought an epson printer in may from amazon. We have struggled with it from the start, it said it could enlarge and shrink but we could not get this to work. Discovered that this function was listed on the selling brief incorrectly as it cannot do this. Due to the fact we have been away for 3 weeks and have only found this out today, we are past the date for a refund. I have searched their website for a phone number but cannot find one, has anyone got a phone number for Amazon please.
Thanks for you help folks, I rang using the freephone number, they want to speak to OH who ordered it, I told them he is deaf and cannot use this phone, he has a special one. I asked if he could just say down the phone that he authorised me to speak on his behalf, No, due to data protection act. I have to contact them by email or chat- whatever that is, sooo angry!!
I know Boxtop, I have done it on numerous occasions for him, as it was on hold for 10 minutes, he won't ring himself and go through that especially as the football is on!
Tried to email them on their returns site, had to answer questions first using dropdown box with options, did that, clicked on email link , says must answer questions first and voids the page, tried 4 times and can not get past this page so cannot find valid email address, what a c**p website.
