PayPal fees

If I make a monthly payment of £15 to a charity, does that organisation recieve £15 or does it have to pay a fee? Thanks.

Paypal will deduct their fee which I think is 3.6-4%. Do not be surprised though as almost all charity donations end up as fees in some shape or form. Giving via paypal is probably better than most methods in this respect.
