Hi- I'm not sure you mean by "cash second hand deal".
Use a cash machine, if expensive may have to do over a couple of days. Care with the terms and conditions though, you may find yourself with a withdrawal charge or paying interest from day of withdrawal. Cash is often treated differently from purchases with the card.
If you want to use it to withdraw cash to buy something you need to make sure that the 'good deal' does include cash withdrawals
On most credit cards you have to pay interest from the day you make the withdrawl.

You may already find your £100 withdrawl (or whatever) is now £105 by the time you get your credit card bill, thats how they make their money.
You could always read the Terms and Conditions of the 'good deal'
Getting cash on a credit card (if that's what you mean) is never a good idea or a good deal.
You can find always term of the conditional information for credit card
