Have been waiting for a renewal that was fast tracked and received at Peterborough on 17/07/12. 3wks yesterday! Anyone had theirs back later? was thinking of going to Spain by plane asap. Have no driving licence or photo id. Is there anything else I can do except pray?

No, nothing. You need a passport to go to Spain.

This is very slow. Mine took two weeks normal application. See if you can get through by phone - it may be missing in the post.

Can't speak for Peterborough but Newport are turning around renewals in 3 weeks.

Three weeks, two days for London recently. School holidays may have caused extra delays. Don't book your flight until it comes back or it's adios to your money!
