Have you been in touch with the people you paid PPI to and asked them when they will be paying you back?
"In April 2011 the high court ordered high street banks to pay back billions of pounds to millions of consumers after mis-selling them Payment Protection Insurance or PPI." taken from

Although I have taken out many loans I only took out PPI once because I needed the money and was told I had to take it if I wanted the loan. However, earlier this year the company who sold me the PPI wrote to me asking if I considered I'd been mis-sold the PPI, I replied yes and they sent me a full refund of c.£1960 plus interest taking it up to c. £2400.
I had taken the loan out with Northern Rock.
So ask for your money back yourself before involving any outside company.
