Electronic transfer into a Euro account in Italy

What is the best/cheapest/easiest way of transferring money to a euro bank account.

If the euro account is in the same name of your UK account (i mean the exact same name) then you could try your telephone banking service with your bank or some banks provide this on the internet (only a cople do for legal reasons) And also be prepared to pay anywhere between 10 and 21 pounds for a transfer (value given as a guideline only). You can use other third party services like THOMASCOOK and WESTERNUNION - but I would do mine at my bank if I were you - but do shop around first. If you are a BFPO then have a word with your bank they may even be able to setup an international standing order for you from the UK account to the EURO account.
