Life Is Good!

1. I had my first decent nights sleep last night
2. I am now only in discomfort instead of pain
3. Watching Blue Tits in the garden made me smile
4. Youngest Junior Overall gave me a particularly loving hug and kiss before leaving for school.

It is true that the small things in life make such a difference
