Lloyds Tsb Isas

I have money in a current account with them but dont have any direct debits coming out or any paid in ( wages ) so its just a " holding" for the money i have in there ( not a lot ), can i get an isa with them does anyone know ,

It pays 4% (subject to tax, so 3.2% net) on balances up to £6,000 at the moment. The best ISA Lloyds do is 2.4% tax-free if you tie up the cash (maximum £5,760 for this tax year) for 4 years.
