I want to take a betting company to county court over about 1000 that I believe they should pay me. I have already been through IBAS.

Would this be an expensive process? And do I need to do it through a solicitor?

Save your money, gambling debts are not enforceable in law. Curiously enough they are also the least likely to be welshed on. Why are they refusing to pay?

Bet 365 are refusing to pay out on an accumulator bet, even though my 10 selections came in. They say I didn't select Each Way terms for two of my selections, but I did check the right boxes - the website was totally misleading. Anyway, Citizens Advice are on to the case now.
