Advice Please On Payment Through Bank, I Need Money Returned

i paid 140 pounds to a tribunal yesterday , the payment was taken from my bank card ..visa, in the local branch....i have now found out that i do not need to pay this money to them. can i take receipt back to bank today and get this money returned to me ?

No the tribunal would need to do the refund not the bank.
