Has anyone else had problems logging into their NS & I account - I have had online access for several years using a password. When I tried to access my account this week, it decided it needed to give me a phone call, with a number sent to me on screen, which I typed in. Then it said I needed a temporary password which would be sent to me through the post. This I received today, tried to access the account and the same thing has happened again, phone call, typed in number and now another temporary password is being sent to me by post.
All this means that I cannot access my account. After sending email, I rang them up and was informed that I had requested a temporary password!
Hopefully I will be able to get into my account with this new password, when it arrives in a couple of days time.
Maybe the password you were typing was right but you were entering the wrong account number/user ID.
It can be difficult to remember all these different IDs and passwords
