Hi,

I am married. my husband an i live in a condo that the loan is in his name. We are wanting to refinance. We have had some pmts that were 30 days late on the mortgage, which has caused his credit score to decline. I am wondering if it is possible to re-finance the mortgage and take it out of his name and put it into mine?
