Okay ... now I'm confused.
That link says they're 6.359 Euros (£5.31), yet the 2 sites that I use say £1.3575:

I can only assume that these are different shares, any idea which ones you own ??

The lower price is for preference shares

£ 1,272 if you take the mid-price. If you are selling the price will be a bit lower.
Expect to get around £1,200 after dealing charges.

That price in the 1st link is for shares owned on the Madrid Stock Exchange, so unless the OP owns their shares on the MSE, I'll stick my neck on the line here and say that the share price for shares on the LSE is £1.35.

Hmmm ...... I think I might have to agree with you .... it's very confusing as there are 2 different stocks, viz: BNC and SAN.
SAN is for Santander UK (£1.35) and BNC is for Banco Santander (£5.29)

There are two sorts of shares - preference shares and ordinary shares (or whatever Santander call them). The difference is that preference shares have a fixed dividend that is (almost) guaranteed - ordinary shares take pot luck according to the fortunes of the company

Both are traded in the UK

Most people would have the ordinary shares
