The post office no longer keep forms to withdraw Premium Bonds, seems the only way to get them is to print them off...
Great, except my printer has given up the ghost. Why do these organisations think everyone has access to technology these days.

To register online you still need to print the forms..
I tried ringing them twice this morning. No reply, it just keeps ringing and cuts you off after 6 minutes each time.
I have arranged for someone to print them for me this time. Such a waste of time trying to sort it out.

The point the OP is making is that why should she have to buy a printer. I totally agree that these Companies always expect you to have the latest technology.
I thnk its particularly bad for old people who would have a clue how to do such things.
My Mum, for example, couldn't even switch on a PC, luckily she has me to sort her affairs out but not everyone has.
