I have entered my name and email address to a source (not dangerous or anything) but the form is asking me to click on to ReCapta - (don't know what it means) anyway clicked on to it and it shows me various pics of everything. I just went on ahead and SEND and ignored these pictures.
Its usually to prove you are a real person and not a web crawler. You will be asked to enter a word or figures shown in the pic or click which pictures have a certain thing in...eg a cat.
right ok - thought that - it showed about 15 pictures - house, bananas, front of house blah and asked me to match them - there was no match. Jeez what don't they make things easier - it wasn't as if I was looking to buy a bloody diamond
I doubt it was an exact match or a bot might be able to do the task. It'd be something with two different bridges or houses or people or something I'd guess.
it notmally askes you to say for example how many of these pictures contains a fruit, reCAPTCHA, is a vairiation onm CAPTCHA which is Completely Automated Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart. Catchy huh? Anyway it's to stop bulk application by other computers.
