I have a tax bill from HMRC they say send cheque but I cannot find their address anywhere on their letter or website ? Any ideas ? Thanks.

Be sure to phone them from Minty's link and not from a number on the original letter.

You cannot say it's a scam without checking first, HRMC do send letters of this type.

It should be on the back of the letter under "ways to pay".

This is around about the time for it
The cheque has to be in by Jan 31 2018 - ( Frb 7th I think)

make sure that you send in THEIR pay in slip
to make sure that it goes into the correct account

and the linnk is good

Put the full words Her maj'es - takes a few seconds
but prevents the well known HMR Crudwell scam
( Isabella Revenue scam in Ireland)

You cant do it from a post office now
