A Fair Deal?
24 Answers
I have mentioned before that the co that did my op keeps asking me to meet prospective clients so they get to see someone that had the op.
Well today they have asked me if I would consider being their 'ambassador' in Northern Ireland in return for an extra year's support - worth approx. five grand.
Fair deal or not? I had asked how much extra support would cost before so I am happyish - I just don't want to be taken advantage of.

Or outright lying to turn them into positives.
Then see if you can discuss those feeling with the company, and agree that either you can be completely honest to potential new clients, or (at worst) you can try to avoid discussing the slightly negative stuff.
If there is genuinely nothing negative, then take them for as much as you can get.

kidas has a good point...is there a "script" or can you say what you like? The NHS round me tried to start up a similar volunteer thing called the expert patient program. The idea was that people with things like arthritis and diabetes would meet up with people who were newly diagnosed and help them from their own experience...then they were told that there was a book of words that they had to stick to....needless to say there were no volunteers.
