Is It Unprofessional To Ask My Manager To Renegotiate After 2 Weeks Of Work?
5 Answers
I recently took a job as a Stock Lead. I am in charge of shipment, my shipment team, filling the floor during hours or after. I knew this in the interview, but I was not aware we would we expanding and the work load is almost going to double. I feel extremely underpaid. I don’t want to look bad but I deserve more.

All companies whatever their field try to do so surely, also whenever I employ anyone ( or am employed by anyone) I expect more or less to be working flat out when I am working. I think if you feel genuinely taken advantage of then by all means renegotiate, but personally if someone did that for me, I'd find a way to lose them.
Don't renegotiate but if you get a chance you could say to your manager you can see how well things are going and comment along the lines of at this rate we are going to need more staff and just see what the reaction is. I expect it will be a case of we are managing ok at the moment, and rather than extra pay you might get the 'would you be able to do extra hours if we get more business'. I suspect you'd be better sticking it out for a couple of months. A growing business at least offers job security and may hold opportunities down the line.
