For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.In the latest version There is a "Formulas" Tab at the top. Click that and about three quarters of the way along the top is "Show Formulas". Click that and all your cells will show formulas instead of values. To reverse back to values simply click "Formulas" again.
There are similar options in earlier versions though I cannot remember the details.
