TennCare vs Medicare?

I live in KY & I am disabled, thus I am on Medicare. I'm thinking about moving to TN & am concerned about TennCare. I wonder if anyone can help me with comparing the 2 in coverage, costs, etc. Also, if I move to TN, do I have to have TennCare or is Medicare available or maybe even a part of TennCare? I need help in discerning the difference & the best (if I have a choice). Thanks in advance to any help!
