I purchased a Samsung TV from argos last week only installed on Wednesday. The sound keeps going so obviously faulty. It was delivered.
. I am going to contact customer services but am a bit worried as I haven't got an actual receipt, paid on debit card and payment has gone through. So what proof would I have other than bank statements and the purchase order number

I did get an email from them saying thank you for my purchase but not an actual receipt
you can take a copy of your bank statement as proof. and a purchase order number...
The e-mail is confirmation of the purchase and it will have the order number on it.
You don't need a receipt, any proof of purchase will do such as email confirming delivery date or your bank statement.
They will have all the records they need, especially as it was delivered to your address. Hope it gets solved smoothly.
