hello,
we send parcels with TNT i presume they take care of all the custom declarations
do we need to declare anything to hm revenue & customs ourselves?

also when importing i preume the freight forwarder deals with the declaration

im just making sure if i should be registering anything myself with HM Revenue & customs
i registered the eori number and put coo on invoices with com codes

yes we did, i now just send multiple copy invoices to the driver and he hands them in,
reason im asking is i keep getting letters from hm just saying you have to declare all exports but i presume it gets logged anyway with the vat number..
just double checking if i should be doing something I'm not aware of
