As Danny's link shows, it almost certainly indicates that you're getting a much better deal than regular business customers.
I used to run the bar for a local bowls club and, on a day to day basis, I had far more interaction with our bank (Barclays) than even the club treasurer did. (That was simply through paying in the bar takings and/or going to get change from the bank). If I needed loads of change because we had a big event coming up, I could simply go into the bank and get it without charge. If I'd been a local shopkeeper with a Barclays account though, I'd have had to pay a fee for obtaining change. Other banking fees are either reduced or waived for charitable account holders too.
