i would like to write dessertation for MBA on management of banks.i request to be guided on the topic to write

Your question is very broad and I would have thought the idea of an MBA was really for you to work out an angle from which to construct an interesting analysis leading to some conclusions from your analysis. If I was doing this and had been given this topic I would consider the way banks have sought to save costs by automation / closing small branches versus the danger of alienating customers who value the personal nature of the local branch structure. There's loads of case-study material on that.

You may like to read Liars' Poker (forget the author) and Barbarians at the Gate (again, forget the aurthors) to get two interesting and complementary perspecitives on the age-old question: ego or the common good.

You could then apply the lessons of these two books to a more quotidian experience: why can I not talk to a real human being at my bank.
