My parents have separate wills. My mother passed away recently. The wills are identical. On it it says that the property will be passed to my father and then to the two sons. However my brother does not live with me. Can I sell the property without his permission or not and will I have to give him half the money. He has no contact with us. I don’t even know where he lives

Your dad is still alive so it is his house. Only when he dies you get the house.
and even then, your dad might change his will and leave it all to the cat's home before he dies. or a new wife
havent you asked this q 5-6 times before?

It depends on the terms of the will, of your parents,
either way the answer is probably no. - you have to act with his permission.

( otherwise one of the clutch of heirs of any will, wd be selling and running away with the money)
