Stripe Payments

I have just received an email saying ' You've transacted with a business that uses Stripe'.
I have never heard of them although I do shop on line. How do I find out which transaction this relates to as there is no indication as what this relates to?

Thank you both for those links. Unfortunately neither of them answers my query. I have checked my bank statement and whilst PayPal payments show there is no sign of Stripe. I just haven't had any dealings with them

If there is no transaction showing on your accounts just ignore the email.
You could check the headers to see if it really did come from Stripe

Is the e-mail addressed to you personally or does it start 'Dear customer' or some such vague title?

Thank you Captain2 Yes Barry1010 I clicked on it and this is what came up. Looks official with a 3d 'S' within a greyish circle whereas if I google Stripe it is just the word stripe in lower case and bright blue.
