You didn't lose your job at the care home!

You left because you didn't get your own way.

Your hours were reduced because the care home was very generous and didn't sack you when it became apparent you couldn't do the job.

Question Author

They told me they couldn't around me and my job and why would I stay on just 9 hours.

Because you needed the money!

So you left, you made a choice.

They did not make you leave.

Abbey, you can keep telling yourself that it wasn't your fault that you lost all those jobs, but it won't change anything.

'All I want is at least £50 for the weekend' - where are you expecting this to come from?

Was the week's unpaid leave worth it? Even though you don't earn very much, it seems odd to decide NOT to have an income one week (when you were in hundreds of pounds worth of debt).

Question Author

Its pretty much same as dole money apparently the manager was retiring in January

Question Author

Yes so I need a full time job for all that

Are you thinking of applying for a job there again?

Abbey, you have told us several times about the manager retiring in January. I don't know what the significance of this is. Will it make any difference at all to your current situation?

There is no point in banging on about the care home. Let it go.

Until you get a full time job, change your spending habits.

Yes you keep saying you need a full time job but I wonder if you are being realistic with your job choices?

Abbey, the big supermarkets advertise vacancies on line.  Why not have a look at all of them and try to get a proper, full time job?  You would be earning decent money then and you'd have security.

You spend too much time moaning about your financial situation here so that you don't have time to concentrate on finding a proper job.

You don't need £50 for the weekend. And just accept the fact you're not going get it, nor are you going out.

I know I shouldn't lecture...but you should have planned ahead regarding Mother's Day.

At this rate...you will be on the dole.

Someone mentioned McDonald's warehouse jobs in your area...check that out.

Question Author

I got it in cash.

I just applied in tesco

When you went on your bottomless brunch the other Saturday - £41 - you should have thought about Mother's Day then, and decided not to go.

^ the same for the meal last Friday.

Question Author

Couldn't feel any worse but will to use last of my cash
