i started work on the 6th march 2005 and i have no plans on leaving, i work a 40 hour week of which i would only get 35 if i took holiday.


i would like to know your veiws on the hour of holiday and what your calculations would be for me to date. how does it afect me as i have not been employed for a year as yet

Im not sure exactly what your asking but hope this helps


You should have been told how many days holiday you are entited to before you took the job, and then you 'earn' them as you work


i.e i get 22 days and they go from Jan to Dec so i 'earn' just under 1 and half days a month.


If i had 2 weeks off in Jan and left in March i would owe them some money back
