Shareholder benefits
If I buy 1000 shares in Eurotunnel (currently 26p) then I can get 30% off the cost of travel through the tunnel (up to 3 return trips a year).
Does anyone know of other companies who do this (I'm sure there will be lots but I'm looking for specific examples). How many shares do I have to own and what are the benefits?
Thanks.

"All sorts of companies offer perks. The housebuilder Persimmon, for example, gives shareholders up to 3,000 off the price of new properties. Bloomsbury Publishing offers a third off the cover price of all its publications, including the Harry Potter series. Retailers offering shareholders discounts on products range from Next to Mothercare, while holiday companies also provide some generous perks. BA, in particular, offers shareholders and up to five companions 10 per cent off the price of domestic flights."
I just put "Shareholder Perks" into Google...
Forget P&O - it's not available now they have been taken over, though existing shareholders had the option to retain their rights and receive a lesser payment.
M&S have taken to sending a few free vouchers a year for their coffee shop to shareholders - AFAIK no minimum holding required.
BT have special offers on phones for shareholders (not calls/line rental - just the hardware) and occasionally other items.
