credit scoring

Hi

I gave my car in as a voluntary termination a 1 1/2 ago, after meeting the minimum requirements. They have now given me a bad credit score - stating due to not keeping my agreement.

Can anyone let me know if they have the right to do this?? Greatful for any advice.
