i dont no if this is in the right section but hey.

i have just been offered a new role in my job accounts manager. my company would pay for me to go on a course to help me with this.

the thing is at the moment im doing business and admin adn dont know if i will be able to do accounts i no i sound really silly but i just need a bit of advice

i would really like to move up in the world but im a bit scared if you no wat i mean.

I don't intend to be rude but I had a lot of trouble reading your post. I assume you have used a form of shorthand or text speak.

It seems to me that your immediate bosses have great faith in you if they are prepared to pay for your training.

Go for it - you will regret it if you don't. As soon as you can, find out which books will be used in the course and buy or borrow them. Background study in advance will give you confidence.
