Buying a business

I am looking into the prospect of buying a maternity wear shop as a going concern. The shop has been trading for 2 years and the owners are relocating hence the sale. Does anyone have any advice re: funding, grants things I absolutely must do etc. basically I need all the advice I can get!!!

They offfer superb advice, are up to date with grants on a national as well as local level.
