This is a Government-backed (and financed?) initiative and I imagine it works a bit like Student Loans. In other words the Government will get its money back when the trainee works through the link to the trainees NI number. Although I don't know for sure, it is hard to see how any commercial provider of loans would entertain this - apart from as a straight unsecured loan to the borrower. Why can't you tap into the CDL scheme?
Of course! I have been thinking for a long time about opening a small microfinance organization that will issue microloans with minimal requirements for such life cases. I have already practically prepared a business idea for this and used the construction of a financial model with the help of the website https:/ /www.wa llstree toasis. com/res ources/ why-wso /wsp . I can say with full confidence that you will be able to contact us as soon as we are officially open if it's still relevant, of course.
