over credit from my rental agency

I pay my monthly rent by standing order. Following this months payment I discovered the agency have credited my account with a cheque for my monthly rent.I am currently in dispute with them over a call out charge of �50 and also there was no working heating when I moved into the flat, then I was given oil filled raditators to use til the heating was fixed and I want compensated for the big electicity bill and time with out heating etc can I keep part of it for this?
