Buying and Selling Silver

I've got a bit of money to play around with and was looking at buying silver bullion.

Are there any British companies that provide an account to buy and sell silver? I'm interested in doing this over the internet as all of the companies that currently do this seem to be based in London and do a "buy over the counter" service. Unfourtunatley, London is quite a way away from where I live!
