my bank transfered my money from my personal account to my buisness account whithout consulting me and caused the personal account to be over drawn and then put a default on the accout and closed it

Was your business account overdrawn? I think you will probably find that there is something in the small print that says they are allowed to use a credit balance on one account to clear a debt on another.
The account was closed? I imagine this would have taken at least weeks if not months.
The way you phrase it, it happened in an instant without you having any notice or opportunity to clear the overdraft.

i would of thought this was against the rules of banking!!


i have a business account and personal account at lloyds tsb , and not once have they transfered money without telling me!! sometimes this would of been handy,but they are more than happy taking �35 off you for unpaid items?

Name and shame this bank, I work for a bank and personal and business accounts are seperate. This should never happen!
