Will the bank be able to tell me the exact time of money taken out of my account using my cashcard ?

Im sure if you are querying the use of your card or possible card fraud then your bank will be able to investigate times and places.

yes they will.It will be on their record from the machine and should also be on your receipt if you asked machine for one.

I didn`t need my bank to tell me where and when I drew money out...Mrs Elvis did that!!!!!!!!!

If you`re lucky enough not to get transfered to an Indian call centre then I`m sure they`ll be able to tell you

ring the bank on an 0845 number....... no i dont think so! ive sorted it now anyway thanks redcrx and pinkfizz for your sensible replies

Patricia an 0845 number is a local rate number not a premium. Glad you got it all sorted now though
