Rightio - have done a fair amount of research into this as we are looking to buy a holiday home in Orlando to rent out. However our research has been mainly wen-based and the only aspect of the purchase is the amount of weeks we can realistically look at renting the property out for. We have done our sums and we would need 30 weeks rental out of it. Those websites that give "availability calanders" show that some of the properties are only rented out for 1 to 2 weeks per month, with some months blank. Do any of you AB'ers own such properties and if so where is the best place to advertise - or should we leave it to the management companies, who don't guarantee rentals.
Cheers in advance!
