Am I entitled to any benefit?
7 Answers
Hiya. I work full time - about 40 hrs per week. And earm around 28 thousand a year. If I left my husband - would I get any benefit? We have a daughter together.
I don't want to sound money grabbing, but I'm thinking of buying a house and I can only afford a mortgage of about 300 quid a month - so any extra cash would be fab!
I also am paying off student loans and paying out large amounts in child care.
Many thanks - plus do you know where I could go to find this info - I was thinking of citizens advice? thanks again x

You'll not be entitled to more Child Benefit as a result of being a single parent, as that was abolished for new claimants a few year ago.
