Does anyone know if grandparents have any LEGAL right to see their grandchildren? (I'm not talking about any moral or family obligations by this which is an entirely different matter....) Thanks in advance

I am actually wondering if that is a US site ?
there may be some Scottish laws but i cannot find any English ones, maybe someone else can find something or knows of anything pending, there is a book that may help
