Many thanks oldhenry, oldwoman, maviscoull, dzug & cheekychops.
The company I work for is being sold and I am trying to complete our company payroll records so that the move to a new account for wages is easy. I only work two afternoons a week so I do not see all of the staff and I know from experience that if I write to each employee it will take weeks to get the answers back.
