Waiting Room Blues

Can an aquarium help pass the time while waiting in line for a table at your favorite resturant? If yes, why? also what type of aquarium appeals to you most, freshwater or saltwater?

An aquarium is a calming influence whilst waiting for the dentist to butcher me..but in a restaurant? I would imagine it would put me off ordering the salmon ;o)

One of our local Chinese Restaurents had a large aquarium, and it was quite relaxing watching it.

Yes I think it would be quite relaxing to watch fishes swim around while im wating in a queue, but.......I wouldnt want to be in a queue long enough to have to watch the fish!
